About

Hi — I’m Jenn McRobbie.
I’m a keynote speaker and confidence coach, and I believe confidence is a skill — not a personality trait.

I help leaders, students, and professionals communicate with clarity and grounded authority — especially when the stakes are high — without sounding scripted, stiff, or fake.

WHAT I HELP WITH

  • Public speaking and executive presence
  • High-stakes communication and difficult conversations
  • Interviews (job, school, media, leadership)
  • Speaking with calm authority under pressure
  • Reinvention and resilience in moments of change

MY BACKGROUND

My path to this work is anything but conventional.

I began my career as an Army officer, became an attorney (litigation and trademark examination at the USPTO), and later faced a breast cancer diagnosis that forced a complete reinvention of my life and voice.

Along the way, I learned something that reshaped everything:

Confidence isn’t something you have. It’s something you build — especially when circumstances test you.

That lived experience now shapes the work I do on communication, leadership, and resilience.

MOVEMENT MATTERS

Because I don’t believe in half-speed, I’m also a longtime fitness coach and Orangetheory instructor with more than 3,500 coached classes.

Coaching in that environment reinforced what I see everywhere else:
People are capable of more than they think — but they need structure, clarity, and accountability to access it.

That philosophy carries into every keynote and coaching session I lead.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with students, professionals, and executive leaders — from shy middle schoolers to seasoned conference audiences.

Whether on stage or one-on-one, my work blends lived experience with practical communication tools that people can use immediately.

MY MISSION

My mission is simple:

To help people communicate with courage, recalibrate through change, and tell the truth about who they are — clearly and on purpose.
