Jenn McRobbie is a dynamic public speaking and confidence coach known for helping people sound like the best version of themselves without feeling scripted, stiff, or salesy. With more than a decade of experience coaching youth and adults, Jenn blends practical communication science with warm, approachable humor to make even the most intimidating speaking skills feel doable.
Her own career path reads like a plot twist in a movie: she began as an Army officer, transitioned into life as a litigation attorney and Trademark Examining Attorney at the USPTO, survived breast cancer, and wrote a book about it. Her book, Why Is She Acting So Weird?, became the resource she wished her friends had during her diagnosis, and it launched her into a new chapter dedicated to communication, resilience, and leadership.
Today, Jenn coaches speakers through iContact Coaching and Speeko AI, working with everyone from shy middle schoolers to seasoned executives. She’s delivered high-impact workshops across Fairfax County Public Schools, prepared teens for interviews and leadership roles, and coached clients one-on-one to communicate with clarity, authenticity, and presence.
Because she doesn’t believe in half-speed, Jenn is also a longtime fitness coach at Orangetheory Fitness, where she has led more than 3,500 high-energy classes. Her trademark style combines motivation, mindset, and a fierce belief that people are capable of more than they think.
Across all her roles, Jenn’s mission is simple: help people speak with confidence, connect with others, and tell the truth about who they are. She brings energy, honesty, and humor to every stage, classroom, and coaching session — and she leaves audiences walking away a little taller and a lot more confident.
